About

Welcome, and thanks for visiting my little corner of things. My name is Hailey Kaufman. I'm a student, a part-time freelance artists, and an amateur writer. I study philosophy, biology, and religious studies at Webster University in St. Louis.

Some terms to clarify:
Nukaleu: my name on pretty much everything. You can call me by my real name or any variation of this.
Solving Cubes: my blog, the premise of which can be found here
Thoughts in Cartoon: this website as a whole

Thoughts in Cartoon serves as a little hub for my work. You can find an abbreviated art gallery under, of course, "Gallery" up there, and my blog Solving Cubes under the tab of the same name.

As far as artwork goes, I mostly work within the bounds of cartooning, realistic pencil drawings, murals, and logo design. I dabble in a lot of things and tend to be fairly flexible, though cartooning is closest to my heart.

My writing naturally revolves around my interests, such as sciences of all sorts, philosophy, religion, sustainability, and various fandoms. I tend to just write about whatever is weighing on my mind. I also love to collaborate with other writers and blogs when I can.

If you're interested in a commission or collaboration, feel free to email me. Time willing, I am always looking for new projects.

Enjoy your browse!
- Hailey
